This petition has been filed seeking to to withdraw and transfer investigation in Crime No.225 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent, Valparai police to any other investigation agency.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that final report has been filed in C.C.No.32 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valpaarai, Coimbatore District.
3.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valpaarai is directed to conclude the proceedings in C.C.No.32 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
