Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders as mentioned in Paragraph No.6 (b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.20491/2021 dated 01.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.PRABAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20491 of 2021 on 01.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
