This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1014 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 & 5/Insurance Company.

3. Mr.R.Rajesh, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 & 5 has raised objections in allowing the petition.

4. The first petitioner would aver that due to the sudden demise of her husband, who was the sole bread winner and taking care of the family, she has been struggling to take care of her needs and meet dayto-day expenses. Hence, the delay of 1014 days occurred in filing the appeal.

5. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 1014 days is condoned on condition to waive the interest for the delay period.
