O R D E R

This petition has been filed to call for the records of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai pertaining to D.V.C.No.293 of 2016 and quash the same.

2. The learned counsels appearing for the petitioner and the respondent submitted that during the pendency of the above petition, compromise arrived between the petitioner and the respondent and the matter has been resolved between them amicably. D.V.C.No.293 of 2016, which is filed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, had been withdrawn, which is admitted by the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
