Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents vide representation dated 25.07.2024 to measure and mark the boundaries in punja R.S.No.88/2A, 2B 91 cents in the top in 1.36 acres at Avatti Village, Thittakudi Taluk. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 25.07.2024, to measure and mark the boundaries in punja land in R.S.No.88/2A, 2B 91 cents in the top in 1.36 acres at Avatti Village, Thittakudi Taluk.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the above mentioned property is owned by him and has submitted on-line application dated 10.07.2023, seeking survey of the land. The petitioner also submitted written representation on 25.07.2024 and the same not been considered till date. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents submitted that based on the representation of the petitioner, the respondent authorities has already fixed the enquiry date as 13.09.2024.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2024 and pass final orders, after issuing notice to all interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
