The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 13 (B) of Hindu Marriage Act in CSR.No.213 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and closed in C.S.R.No.213 of 2016.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
