[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent to trace out and produce the detenue by name Praveena, W/o.Prabhu, aged 26 years, daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is not present, whereas her counsel is present. The respondent has produced the detenue. The detenue has identified her husband by name Prabhu.

3.Considering the above said factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.

4.In fine, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. [A.S., J.] [S.B., J.] 11.09.2017 gpa
