ORDER

The order dated 16.03.2017 passed by the learned I Additional Principal Judge, I Additional Family Court, Chennai, in M.P.No.179 of 2014 in M.C.No.232 of 1997, is under challenge, at the instance of the petitioner / husband in this Criminal Revision Case. By the impugned order, the Family Court has enhanced the monthly maintenance from Rs.300/- to Rs.10,000/- to the 1st respondent, from Rs.150/- to Rs.5,000/- each to the respondents 2 and 3 from the date of petition i.e., from 17.03.2014, which shall be payable by the petitioner on or before 5th of every succeeding English calender month. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/husband submitted that the parties have compromised the matter and a memorandum of understanding entered into between the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parties has also been filed in D.V.Case No.18 of 2017 before the trial Court, a copy of which, has also been produced in the form of typed set of papers. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner / husband is not pressing this Criminal Revision Case.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal revision case stands closed.
