ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing the FIR in Crime No. 24 of 2014 for the alleged offences under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC on the file of the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, District Crime Branch, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in Calendar Case and the same was not taken on file and submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

its before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner herein has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Based on the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
