This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for willfully disobeying and violating the orders of this Court in W.P.No.11715 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the second respondent has considered the petitioner's representation and passed an order dated 21.09.2025. Hence, the respondents have not committed any willful disobedience. The above statement is taken on record.
