Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the vehicle, which is the subject matter of the contract, for which an Advocate Commissioner was appointed by this Court, is not traceable.

2.Since the vehicle is not traceable, this application is closed by granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appropriate reliefs as and when the vehicle is traceable.
