ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to furnish the documents sought by the petitioner in representation dated 10.12.2016.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the husband of the petitioner died due to road traffic accident on 13.08.2016. The second respondent police registered a case in Crime No.377 of 2016. The petitioner made a representation dated 10.12.2016 & 21.12.2016 to the 2nd respondent, requesting certified copy of documents, pertaining to the accident, so as to file claim petition before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. Till now, the 2nd respondent have not taken any steps. Hence, the present petition.

3. Considering facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to furnish the documents sought for by the petitioner in her representation, if not already furnished. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
