This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the directions of this Court dated 31.01.2024 in W.P.No.5001 of 2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that in pursuance of the Writ Petition filed by the fourth respondent and directions obtained in that regard, the fourth respondent has been reinstated into service. However, the Management has preferred a Writ Petition by challenging the order of revocation of suspension of the fourth respondent.

3. Unless the fourth respondent is removed from service or retired on attaining the age of superannuation, there cannot be any possibility for the petitioner to get promoted to the post of Headmistress.
