ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, affidavit of respondent was filed before this Court. The relevant portion is extracted hereunder:

'6. It is submitted that on 19.09.2024, I have closed this case in Crime No.15 of 2021 as "Further Action Dropped" and R.C.S. Notice No.02/2024 dated 19.09.2024 was directly served to the de-facto complainant on 19.09.2024 and also obtained acknowledgement.

7. I submit that as per the court order, after completion of elaborate and detailed investigation, in Crime No.15/2021 has been closed as "Further Action Dropped" and filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri vide Efiling No.RCS-LTN20230000210C202400006 dated 19.09.2024.'

2. In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy by filing a protest petition and proceed further in accordance with law.
