O R D E R
Heard Mr. R.G.Vasudevan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondents to comply with the order dated 11.01.2022 in W.P. No. 50 of 2022 passed by the Court.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has produced copy of the Proceedings in Na. Ka.1056-2024-Aa1 dated 11.09.2024 issued by the respondent showing that the order dated dated 11.01.2022 in W.P. No. 50 of 2022 passed by the Court has been complied and its copy is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner 2/4
recognized by law.
In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
