ORDER

2. Shri Prabakar files an affidavit of one Mrs.Rajalakshmi, affirmed on 8th October, 2024, and also tenders 5 photographs to submit compliance

of the order dated 25th September, 2023.

3. In the affidavit, it is stated that all encroachments have been removed. Though there is no explanation as to why it took more than a year to remove the encroachments, we would nevertheless accept the statement in the affidavit that encroachments have been removed.

4. Contempt petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
