This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.118 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Sessions Judge, Namakkal.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the Principal District Sessions Judge, Namakkal vide order dated 19.10.2019, has acquitted the petitioners/accused from all the charges, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also produced the copy of the order in S.C.No.118 of 2016. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate and since the petitioners/accused have acquitted from all the charges, no further order is required in this petition.
