This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for having willfully disobeyed the order passed by this Court on 20.07.2023, made in W.P.No.18509 of 2020.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with vide Na.Ka.No.176/2024 dated 19.11.2024 passed by the fourth respondent / The Head Master, Government Higher Secondary School, Anaimalai, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District - 642 104 in W.P.No.18509 of 2020 followed by the proceeding passed by the respondent herein vide Na.Ka.No.3151/A1/2009 dated 14.11.2024.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this contempt petition stands closed.
