ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for transfer the case pending on the file of the second respondent in Crime No.287 of 2015 to any other agency. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The second respondent filed a detailed counter stating that already enquiry has been conducted and closed as charge abated. It is further stated that referred charge sheet has been filed in R.C.S.No.34 of 2015 dated 18.12.2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Vellore.

4.Recording the averments made in the counter filed by the second respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
