This Contempt case has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience and non compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.32164 of 2022 dated 30.11.2022.

2. Today when the Contempt case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 30.11.2022 to consider the representation of the petitioner, the respondents have passed the order though not to the satisfaction of the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions and since the respondents have now passed the orders on the representation of the petitioner as directed by this Court, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to proceed further with the contempt proceedings and accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
