The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 18.02.2022 in W.P.No.3038 of 2022, has filed the present contempt petition.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that in compliance of the directions of this Court, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruvallur has passed a final order in Na.Ka.No.1579/2020/A1 dated 16.10.2023 and produced a copy of the said proceedings, which is taken on file and recorded

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the aforesaid proceedings in the manner known to law.
