These writ petitions are listed today under the caption 'for clarification', at the instance of Mr.S.P.Sudalaiyandi, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, these writ petitions are disposed of by this Court by a common order dated 26.09.2022.

3. However, in the prayer in W.P.No.25696 of 2022, the door number of the petitioner's premises has been wrongly mentioned as Door No.170, 4th Street, instead of Door No.55, 1st Main Road. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to the inadvertent mistake occurred in the prayer in W.P.No.25696 of 2022, he seeks correction of the same.

In view of the error occurred in the prayer in W.P.No.25696 of 2022, where the door number and street name has been wrongly mentioned by the petitioner and since it was reflected in the order passed by this Court on 26.09.2022, this Court is inclined to make the following clarification: (a) that in respect of the prayer in W.P.No.25696 of 2022, in the order dated 26.09.2022, the door number of the petitioner's premises shall be read as Door No.55, 1st Main Road.
