ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to modify the condition that the petitioner, directed to pay a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Forty Thousand only) directly to the defacto complainant, instead of "to pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- (Seventy Five Thousand only) directly to the defacto complainant" and to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chengalpattu to return the Apple I-Phone 16 Pro to the petitioner forthwith in the order passed in Crl.RC.No.720 of 2025 dated 12.06.2025. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused, all the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the aforementioned condition is 2/4

modified to the effect that "the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) directly to the defacto complainant".

With the above modification, this miscellaneous petition is allowed.
