O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the interim order of this Court, dated 14.07.2021 WMP.No.13764 of 2021 in WP.No.12953 of 2021.

2. This Court by the interim order dated 14.07.2021 directed the respondents to pay the revised pay scale to the petitioner with effect from 29.02.2012, within a period of twelve weeks The operative portion of the said order reads as follows:

"Having regard to the facts narrated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the impugned order, this Court is inclined to issue interim direction which is also in terms of understanding of the respondents about the entitlement of the petitioner regarding the revision of pay scale. Hence, the respondents are directed to calculate and pay the revised pay scale to the petitioner with effect from 29.02.2012, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This interim direction is 2 / 4

without prejudice to the contentions raised by the petitioner in the main writ petition."

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents by producing the proceedings of the Commissioner of Technical Education, dated 09.11.2022, submitted that the interim order of this Court has been complied with. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present to confirm the same.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate and the Proceedings, dated 09.11.2022, this Court is of the view that there is no willful disobedience of the order of this Court. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
