The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 14.11.2015.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been doing painting works and even after completing the painting work, the proposed accused has not paid the amount in full to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents on 14.11.2015, for which, C.S.R.No.297 of 2015 has been assigned. But the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the complaint given by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.297 of 2015 has been assigned. Both the parties were called for enquiry and during enquiry, it was stated that no amount was due to the petitioner. Since the matter appears to be civil in nature, it was closed.
4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to work out his remedy.
