C.M.P.Nos.20147, 20148 & 20150 of 2021 in S.A.No.693 of 2014 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

C.M.P.No.20147 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 125 days in filing the Petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole Appellant.

2.C.M.P.No.20148 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the proposed Petitioners 2 to 6 herein as legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant and rank them as Appellants 2 to 6 in the above Appeal. 3.C.M.P.No.20150 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole Appellant. 4.The factum of death of the sole Appellant viz., Margabandhu on 03.08.2019 and the proposed parties are the legalheirs of the deceased sole Appellant are not in dispute.

5.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in the interest of justice, C.M.P.Nos.20147, 20148 & 20150 of 2021 are allowed.

6.Registry is directed to amend the cause title and post the Second Appeal on 04.02.2022.
