Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 10.08.2022 and to restore the possession of the premises to petitioner as per the order in ad-interim injunction in I.A.No.541/19 in O.S.No.128/2019 passed on 24.06.2019 by the District Munsif, Sriperumbudur.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 10.08.2022 and to restore the possession of the premises to petitioner as per the order in ad-interim injunction in I.A.No.541/19 in O.S.No.128/2019 passed on 24.06.2019 by the District Munsif, Sriperumbudur.

2. This Court expressed its view that in the light of the prayer sought for the relief cannot be granted by this Court and the petitioner has to approach only a competent Civil Court for the appropriate relief.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for permission to withdraw this petition.
4. Permission is granted and this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is open to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law, before the competent Civil Court. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P is closed.
