This petition is filed to accept the cause title.

2. Heard Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel for the petitioner, who would submit that the first petitioner is the father and the second and third petitioners are the sons of the first petitioner. The third petitioner is abroad and therefore, he has given a power of attorney to his mother one A.Kumutha to represent him viz., the third petitioner Arun to conduct this Civil Revision Petition and she has filed an affidavit in support of the petition.

3. In view of the said fact that the Power of Attorney holder is none other than the mother of the third petitioner, this Court is inclined to accept the cause title.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
