The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 103 days in filing the said appeal against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Thirupattur, Thirupattur District in S.T.C.No.257 of 2014 dated 03.03.2023.

2. Mr.C.Johnson, undertakes to file vakalath on behalf of the respondent and he vehemently opposed for allowing this petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
