This petition has been filed to modify the conditional order in para 5(b) imposed by Crl.O.P.No.17500 of 2022 on 27.07.2022 by Hon'ble Court that "the petitioner shall stay at Ariyalur and report before the Inspector of Police, Ariyalur Police Station twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m, for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation".
