in W.P.No.24407 of 2024 M.SUNDAR.J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of certified copy of the 'notice dated 09.08.2024 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.2024/H1(N) issued by the second respondent' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned notice was misplaced and therefore, the petitioner is not able to file the same but a photo copy of the impugned notice is filed along with the typed set of papers. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant portion of Paragraph 15 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows:

'15). I state that the original impugned notice M.SUNDAR.J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., gpa dated 09.08.2024 issued by the 2nd Respondent was misplaced and therefore the petitioner is not able to file the original impugned notice. The petitioners undertake to produce the original impugned notice dated 09.08.2024

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.

4. In the light of the narrative thus far, dispense with prayer is acceded to. Captioned WMPs ordered as prayed for . [M.S.J.,] [K.R.S.J.,] 09.01.2025 gpa (2/3) in 2/3
