ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been granted patta No.439 in survey No.390/4A and also Court decree in his favour and through the court decree, he obtained possession. Under these circumstances, the persons, namely, Tamilselvan @ Chinnakutti 2.Neelakaran 3.Rajendiran and others are preventing the petitioner from constructing the house. Therefore, he gave a representation to the respondent police dated 29.08.2022, so far the respondents police have not taken any action. Hence, filed the present writ petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents submitted that on receiving the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2022, CSR No.39 of 2022 has been assigned which is pending for enquiry.

4.Recording the same, the third respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2022 in CSR No.39 of 2022 and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
