The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 21.12.2015 and investigate the same. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is a lessee for the property in dispute. He would also submitted that before expiry of the lease period, one Aasaithambi has trespassed into the property and break open the factory and taken away the machineries. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the 3rd respondent on 21.12.2015. But the respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.
Resisting the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint by one Aasaithambi on 16.10.2015, a case in Crime No.568 of 2015 has been registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 120, 380, 420 of IPC and Section 3 of PPDL Act and this petitioner was shown as Accused No.1. But after two months, the present complaint has been given by the petitioner on 21.12.2015.

He would also submitted that the closure report has been furnished to the petitioner. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
