This petition is filed to condone the delay of 340 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Sundaresan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.John J.Raja Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent 3.

The delay is 340 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 340 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
