This application has been filed for grant of leave to sue the defendants 9 to 13 who are residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit has been filed for recovery of money.

3. The learned counsel for the applicants / plaintiffs submitted that the cause of action for the money claim has arisen out of the sale agreement dated 13.03.2023 which has been executed within the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. Since the cause of action for the suit has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted.
