ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the S.T.C.No.179 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned District Munsifcum-Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil.

2. The facts of this case is covered by the reported Judgment of this Court in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep. by Inspector of Police and another]. Accordingly, the S.T.C.No.179 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil is hereby quashed in entirety and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
