This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 240 days in filing the Writ Appeal SR.No.108052 of 2024 against the order made in W.P.No.23812 of 2021 dated 22.12.2023.

2. Mr.R.Sankara Narayanan, learned Senior Counsel for M/s.TATVA Legal Chennai, for Caveator, has no objection in the delay being condoned.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 204 days in preferring the Writ Appeal is condoned.
