Prayer: The Criminal Revision petition is filed under Section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C to call for the records in respect of the Order made in Crl.M.P.No.966 of 2017 in C.C.No.3 of 2016 order dated 10.07.2017 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate ( Fast Track Court) at Dharmapuri to set aside the same and allowed the Criminal Revision petition.

There is no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent present and informed that during the pendency of this Criminal Revision petition the main case in C.C.No.3 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate ( Fast Track Court) at Dharmapuri had been disposed on 09.08.2018. This criminal revision petition is filed against the dismissal of a petition filed in Crl.M.P.No.966 of 2017 for sending the cheque for expert's opinion.
2. When the main case itself is disposed, nothing survives in this Criminal Revision petition and this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
