O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.197 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent in so far as it relate to the petitioners 1 to 3 in the above Crime No.197 of 2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, (Crl. Side), on instruction submitted that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.197 of 2016, charge sheet has been filed and accordingly, C.C. No.1027 of 2019 has been taken on file before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Erode. Hence, at this stage, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed if any.
