This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the closure report filed by the second respondent, in Crime No.1347 of 2011.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that against the closure report, remedy available to the petitioner is to file protest petition before the concerned Magistrate. The learned Government Advocate further submits that a copy of referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.54 of 2012 was also served on the petitioner.
3. At this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to verify and report the same to this Court. However, since as against the closure report, the petitioner is having remedy to approach the Court concerned by way of protest petition, this Court directs the petitioner to work out his remedy and no orders are necessary in the present Petition.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court concerned by way of filing Protest Petition within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
