(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants to grant an order of interim stay of all further proceedings of the judgment and decree dated 04.10.2019 passed in O.P.No.293 of 2011, pending disposal of the above appeal.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition. An endorsement to that effect is also made in the case bundle.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
