SR107867 and SR107866 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the above appeals. 2.The first respondent had remained exparte before the Tribunal and the learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to dispense with the notice to him and has made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with. Though notice has been served on the second respondent, none has appeared on its behalf.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered.
