CRIME NO.1351 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition on the petitioners on 26.10.2021 in Mannargudi Town Police Station, Tiruvarur District in Crime No. 1351 of 2021 viz. the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on daily at 10.30. A.M. until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.PALANIVEL, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18918 of 2021 on 26.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once i.e. first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 07/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
