Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, seeking to issue the direction to the Subordinate Court at Ulundurpet to dispose the suit in O.S.No.272 of 2022 within time frame by this Honble Court.

ORDER
The petitioners, who are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.272 of 2022 before the Subordinate Court, Ulundurpet has come up with the present revision seeking expeditious disposal of the said suit.
2. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioners, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and I have also gone through the materials placed before this Court.
4. The major grievance of the petitioners/plaintiffs is that they have earlier moved this Court in CRP.No.3999 of 2023 for similar direction and this Court, by order dated 06.11.2023 had directed the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the said suit at the earliest possible. Despite the said direction of this Court issued way back in the year 2023, the said suit has not yet been disposed of and the same is pending till date.

5. In view of the above and also considering the fact that the trial has already commenced in the suit, the Subordinate Court, Ulundurpet is directed to expedite the trial in O.S.No.272 of 2022 and after hearing the arguments of both the parties, shall dispose of the suit finally on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this Civil revision petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
