ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.125 of 2016 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. It is the main contention of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

implicated mainly on the allegation that he issued pamphlets questioning the certain activities of the management of the medical college.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that investigation in the case has been completed and a final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.56 of 2021 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry.

5. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the question of quashing the FIR does not arise. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the final report as per the law.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
