ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 324, 364 & 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.873 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with 5 others kidnapped the defacto complainant and robbed sum of Rs.2800/- and attacked the defacto complainant. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that accused all are still absconding and investigation not yet been completed. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the investigation is in initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
