Heard Mr. C.Samadharma Arasu, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.Arumugam, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondent to comply with the order dated 01.06.2020 in W.P. No. 18860 of 2018 passed by the Court.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent has produced copy of the Proceedings dated 10.11.2023 issued by the Respondent in proof of compliance of the order dated 01.06.2020 in W.P. No. 18860 of 2018 passed by the Court and its copy is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, she is not precluded from working out her rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
