M.P. No.37240 of 2024 dated 26.07.2024 by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the 1st condition imposed in the order dated 26.07.2024 passed in Crl. M.P. No.37240 of 2024 on the file of V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum and the sureties shall be a owner of movable or immovable property worth more than Rs.50,000/- and they shall furnish necessary documents.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the petition for modification of condition that he is unable to arrange sureties for furnishing documents for the properties, this Court is inclined to modify the condition no.1 as "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- [Rupees Fifty Thousand only] with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai".

3. Except the above condition, all the other conditions imposed by 2/4

the trial Court remain intact.
