ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body of the detenu namely P. Aravindan and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenu.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3.

It is a case of elopement of the petitioner's son with a girl. The parents of the girl has also given complaint. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case. However, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner. This Order shall not stand in the way of the respondents in securing the detenu and the girl and we direct the respondents to proceed with the investigation. when, the detenu and the girl are secured, they should be produced before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.

4. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
