Seeking to condone the delay of 4606 days in filing the claim application before the respondent, the present application has been filed.

2.Learned Official Liquidator has no serious objection for allowing the application.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and the documents filed in support of the application, the delay is satisfactorily explained.

In view of the same, this Court has no hesitation in allowing the petition. Accordingly the delay is condoned and the application is allowed.
